Calf Stretch: Stand with the balls of your feet on the slant board and your heels on the ground. Gently push your heels downward to stretch your calves.
Hamstring Stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs extended and rest your heels on the slant board. Lean forward to feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
Incline Push-Ups: Assume a push-up position with your hands on the slant board and your feet on the ground. Perform push-ups to target your chest and shoulders.
Incline Plank: Assume a plank position with your forearms on the slant board. This targets your core muscles.
One-Legged Squats: Stand on one leg with your other foot resting on the slant board. Lower yourself into a squat position and then return to the starting position.
Balancing Exercises: Stand on the slant board with both feet and try to balance in different positions. This helps improve ankle stability.
Achilles Tendon Stretch: Stand with the balls of your feet on the slant board and your heels hanging off the edge. Gently push your heels downward to stretch your Achilles tendons.
Dorsiflexion Stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs extended and your heels on the slant board. Gently push your toes downward to stretch the front of your ankles.
Plantar Fasciitis Relief: Sit with your knees bent and place your arches on the slant board. Gently press down to stretch your plantar fascia.
Shin Splint Relief: Sit with your knees bent and place your shins on the slant board. Gently press down to stretch the front of your shins.
